Finally! After a four-week break for the baseball playoffs, Fox's addictive new whodunit Reunion is returning - and just in time. Since it kicked off its suspense-packed season with a funeral, the time-traveling show - which follows six high school friends year by year since graduation - has left us reeling with more questions than answers...and we don't even know who's in the coffin! INSIDE TV got the scoop on the juicy new plot twists the friends will face - from addiction to adultery and, yes, murder.
It's now three years since that fateful graduation, and Sam (Alexa Davalos) is getting married with best friend Carla (Chyler Leigh) by her side as maid of honor. But who'll be meeting her at the altar? Will it be wealthy boyfriend Craig (Sean Faris), or his best friend Will (Will Estes), the father of her child (whom she gave up for adoption)? "Let's just say one guy will be happy and one guy won't," writer and producer Jon Feldman tells Inside TV. And there's no guarantee Sam will even make it down the aisle to say "I do".
In the November 10 episode, we'll finally find out the identity of the murder victim - who can only be Jenna (Amanda Righetti), Sam, or Craig, since we've seen all the others after the funeral.
"Then the biggest systery takes over: Who's the killer?" says Feldman. "And there's no shortage of suspects." Don't jump to conclusions and assume the murderer is one of the six friends, he warns. "There's no guarantee our killer has even been introduced yet," he says. "But one or more of our main characters are involved in the events leading up to the murder and the cover-up."
Both Craig and Will will find out that Sam has had a baby, while Carla, who has taken a job as a nanny to Sam's daughter, will grow to regret her decision when things get way more complicated than she ever dreamed. Up-and-coming actress Jenna gets a taste of fame, but then hits an emotional tailspin and crashes. Though she doesn't end up with alcohol and drug problems (like her mom), one of her friends does.
And lovesick Aaron (Dave Annable), who's had a crush on Jenna for years, finally gets over her and falls in and out of love on his way to building his Internet empire. Meanwhile, Will struggles with the question of helping the FBI nail Craig's father for racketeering, and Detective Marjorino (Mathew St. Patrick) discovers that it was Craig who was behind the wheel in the car accident that sent Will to jail - and killed Marjorino's stepfather!
"In this 20-year time period, a lot happens to these characters," promises Feldman. "They fall in love, experience great loss, get rich, go broke, cheat on their significant others. It's a full range of human emotion - and we get to sit back and watch the ride." We can't wait!

Enough with the baseball! Reunion is back after a month - and as we know, weeks equal years in this show, which will span 20 years over the season, tracking back from a present-day murder. It's now 1989, and the mystery continues. A wedding reunites the high-school pals. Sam (Alexa Davalos) is the bride, but whether the groom will turn out to be rich boy Craig (Sean Faris) or good guy Will (Will Estes) remains to be seen. Also, look for Aaron (Dave Annable) to return from Seattle with a secret (has he discovered grunge?)
Detective Marjorino (Mathew St. Patrick), who revealed that his stepfather was the man killed in the Craig/Will car wreck, finally discovers that he's had the wrong person in his sights. And one of his friends receives an anonymous letter claiming to know the identity of the murder.
"This episode will reveal another one of our friends to be alive," executive producer Jon Harmon Feldman tells INSIDE TV. "By the end of the episode, we will be left with two possible murder victims. It will also give Marjorino reason to focus his investigation on yet another suspect."
